As an out of state landlord, I rely on Sandpiper when the ac breaks down in 100 degree weather. The office staff (Kyle) and technician (Adam) were polite, showed up on time and got the job done. I have had all positive experiences with Sandpiper. Highly recommend!
I usually do not write reviews, as I am a busy working person. However, I wanted to take time to recommend sandpiper because they really impressed me today. They came early within the timeframe scheduled and even called to let me know they were on the way. Technician was friendly and provided excellent service, and answered all of my questions. He was even great with my dog even though she was jumping all over him trying to lick him LOL. Highly recommend!!
Really nice on phone and when they arrive. I paid 112 for my dryer vent to be cleaned. Well a week later I am in the same situation. Clogged dryer vent. Not really happy about it. I just expected more. Not one week. Geez
So disappointed in Sandpiper HVAC. Previous owner had HVAC replaced by Sandpiper, upon purchase and inspection - it was noted that the old HVAC unit was still in our attic. This appears to be a pretty common practice at the beach - since most homes don't have large accessible attic entry for old unit removal. However, they didn't just disassemble the old unit... as they disassembled it - they threw the old pieces and parts all over my attic. There were plenty of pieces that could have been removed, but they just decided not to do that and now debris and trash is scattered all over my attic (old intake box, wires, old pipes, screws everywhere)! It's a mess, and frankly unacceptable! Most people wouldn't be bothered by that - but I'm the type of person that believes in "leave it like you found it (or better)". If they couldn't remove the pieces and parts (which they could, because my husband is doing that now), at least leave it in a nice neat pile so we could later. Throwing it all over my attic is just unacceptable. Will never recommend Sandpiper.
Called Sandpiper heating and air to diagnose and fix a problem. They called to let me know the time they would arrive later the same day . Promptly repaired the problem, collected a very reasonable amount for the job and all is good at this house again. Thank you sandpiper!
